Control what you receive and how — email, push notifications, or SMS — for order updates, event reminders, promotions, and more. Review your notification history anytime.

Dark Mode

Toggle between light and dark themes from any page. It’s especially nice for late-night event browsing. A cookie consent banner lets you control data collection. Accept or decline cookies, manage your privacy preferences, and review recently viewed events. Compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and GDPR.

The guided setup process when you first join the platform. Pick your interests, set your location, and configure notification preferences so your experience feels personal from the start.

Post-Event Feedback

After an event, you get the chance to rate it and leave written feedback. Your input goes directly to the organizer and helps them improve future events.

Something go wrong? Submit a refund request or contact support. Your request is reviewed by the organizer or the Ticketnation team, and you’re kept updated every step of the way.
