Account Creation

Sign up with your email address, or use Google or Facebook for one-tap access. New accounts receive a verification email to confirm your address. If you forget your password, a reset link is one click away.

Onboarding

Right after you sign up, a quick onboarding flow helps you pick your interests — music, sports, comedy, food, and more. You also set your location and notification preferences. This takes about 30 seconds and makes your entire experience more personal from day one.
The interests you choose during onboarding power your personalized Discovery feed. You can update them anytime in your account settings.

Guided Tours

Interactive guided tours walk you through key features step by step — how to search for events, navigate your dashboard, create events, and manage tickets. They appear as tooltip overlays the first time you visit important pages, and you can restart them anytime from the help menu.

Sign In

Returning users can sign in with email and password, or instantly with Google or Facebook. Buyers get access to their tickets, favorites, and order history. Organizers land on their dashboard where they manage events, orders, and analytics.
