Communities
Join groups organized around a venue, genre, event series, or shared interest. Community members get access to exclusive events, special perks, and a sense of belonging that keeps them coming back.
Event Groups
Collections of related events — a concert series, a festival lineup, or weekly shows — grouped together so you can explore and follow an entire series in one place.
Memberships
Subscribe to a recurring membership with different tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc.). Each tier offers different benefits like early ticket access, discounts, or exclusive content. Great for dedicated fans of a specific organizer or series.
Waitlists
Sold-out event? Join the waitlist and you’ll be notified automatically when tickets become available — from cancellations, extra inventory, or resale.
Event Q&A
Have a question about an event? Ask it right on the event page. Organizers and other attendees can reply, so common questions get answered publicly for everyone to see.
Gamification & Rewards
Some event group communities offer a loyalty points system. Earn points by attending events, engaging with content, referring friends, and completing challenges. Redeem points for discounts, early access, or exclusive merchandise.
Organizers can create posts, share resources, and host discussion spaces within their event group communities. Members can comment, react, and connect with each other between events.
Member Profiles
Within event group communities, you get a member profile showing your attendance history, engagement metrics, membership tier, points earned, and badges achieved. It’s how organizers recognize their most loyal fans.
