Ticketnation isn't just about single events. These features help you stay connected and engaged over time.

## Communities

Join groups organized around a venue, genre, event series, or shared interest. Community members get access to exclusive events, special perks, and a sense of belonging that keeps them coming back.

## Event Groups

Collections of related events — a concert series, a festival lineup, or weekly shows — grouped together so you can explore and follow an entire series in one place.

## Memberships

Subscribe to a recurring membership with different tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc.). Each tier offers different benefits like early ticket access, discounts, or exclusive content. Great for dedicated fans of a specific organizer or series.

## Waitlists

Sold-out event? Join the waitlist and you'll be notified automatically when tickets become available — from cancellations, extra inventory, or resale.

## Event Q\&A

Have a question about an event? Ask it right on the event page. Organizers and other attendees can reply, so common questions get answered publicly for everyone to see.

## Gamification & Rewards

Some event group communities offer a loyalty points system. Earn points by attending events, engaging with content, referring friends, and completing challenges. Redeem points for discounts, early access, or exclusive merchandise.
